SMOOTHIES!
Every morning for breakfast I make smoothies for Brandon and myself! They are so fast and easy to make...and are a great morning treat! Brandon and I knew we weren't getting enough fruit in our diets so this is a great a yummy way to get those important vitamins and nutrients!
Brandon's Favorite Smoothie
Recipe- 1 whole banana
- 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup of orange juice
- 1 cup of non-fat plain yogurt
- Put all ingredients in a blender...and blend!
Stacey's Favorite Smoothie Recipe
- 1 cup of frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
- 1 cup of non-fat plain yogurt
- a splash of orange juice
